Westar Resources Ltd. has announced the appointment of Jason Leonard Boladeras as a new director, effective September 9, 2024. Boladeras holds a substantial interest in the company with 875,000 ordinary shares registered in his name and a further interest through Geoarc Pty Ltd, where he is a director and shareholder, with 5,050,000 ordinary shares and 4,000,000 performance rights.
