Westar Resources Ltd. has reported a change in the interest of director Simon Eley, who acquired 724,386 additional shares through direct and indirect interests, at a nominal price of $0.01 per share. The change, effective as of 17 May 2024, has increased Eley’s total holdings to 2,173,159 fully paid ordinary shares, along with 1,000,000 unlisted options and 2,000,000 Incentive Rights.
