Westaim Corporation, in partnership with CC Capital, is launching an ambitious integrated insurance and asset management platform, backed by a substantial USD $250 million investment. This strategic move is set to create a robust tech-enabled insurance provider and enhance asset management capabilities, with an aim to deliver long-term shareholder value and scale up to a potential USD $10 billion assets under management.
