West Red Lake Gold Mines Ltd. has initiated a test mining and bulk sample program at the Madsen Mine, with aims to de-risk the project and refine operational strategies in preparation for a planned restart in 2025. The program is set to provide valuable data on mining methods and resource estimates needed for the mine’s revival. Test mining has begun and will be followed by processing of bulk samples, which is expected to enhance the efficiency and safety of future mining operations.
