West Mining Corp. successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $549,510 by issuing over 1.8 million units to fund its exploration activities and general corporate purposes. The raised funds are earmarked for the exploration of its Spanish Mountain and Junker properties, as well as for marketing and working capital needs. The units sold include a common share and a purchase warrant, with incentives in place to expedite the warrant exercise under certain conditions.
