West Island Brands Inc. successfully completed a private placement financing, raising $200,000 through the issuance of over 2 million units at $0.0975 each, which includes a share and a two-year warrant. The proceeds are earmarked for resolving outstanding fees, preparing audited financial statements, and addressing a cease trade order due to the non-filing of required financial documents. The securities issued are subject to a four-month hold period post-issuance.
