West Cobar Metals Limited has announced a new securities issuance set for the 4th of July, 2024, which includes the proposed issue of over 30 million fully paid ordinary shares and more than 17 million options exercisable at $0.06, expiring in 2028. This move is aimed at raising capital through a placement or another type of issue, as disclosed in their recent announcement to the ASX.
