Wesfarmers Limited has announced the appointment of Friedrich (Tom) von Oertzen as a director starting from October 1, 2024. Von Oertzen currently holds 1,000 fully paid ordinary shares through the von Oertzen Family Super Fund, where he is the sole director and shareholder. There were no direct holdings or interests in contracts reported at the time of the notice.
