Wesfarmers Director Increases Shareholding

Wesfarmers Limited (AU:WES) has released an update.

Wesfarmers Limited has disclosed a change in the holdings of director Simon William (Bill) English, who acquired an additional 72 fully paid ordinary shares at $66.3641 each, as part of the company’s Dividend Investment Plan, bringing his total ownership to 5,347 shares. No changes were reported in director’s interests in contracts, and the transactions were not made during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
