Wenye Group Holdings Limited has issued a supplemental notice for its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for 23 September 2024, to address an earlier clerical oversight and to propose additional resolutions. These new resolutions include the authorization of director remuneration by the board and the appointment of Beijing Xinghua Caplegend CPA Limited as the company auditor, as well as amendments to the company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association.
