Wenye Group Appoints New Director, Meets Listing Rules

Wenye Group Holdings Limited (HK:1802) has released an update.

Wenye Group Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Ye Jinyu as an independent non-executive Director, which, along with other board committee changes effective from 19 August 2024, brings the company back into compliance with Hong Kong’s Listing Rules on board diversity and structure. Ms. Ye, with over 20 years’ experience in business management and professional recognition, will also join the Audit Committee, bringing fresh expertise to the corporate governance of Wenye Group.
