Wenye Group Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Ms. Lau Chui Ping Soey as an independent non-executive Director and her roles in the Remuneration and Audit Committees, effective 31 July 2024. The company is now seeking a replacement to fulfill regulatory requirements of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The Board has expressed gratitude for Ms. Lau’s contributions during her service.
