Wenye Group Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of ZHONGHUI ANDA CPA Limited as its auditor, effective from 26 August 2024, due to the departure of the audit team responsible for the company’s 2023 financial statements. The company plans to retain the same audit team at a new firm for the upcoming year to ensure consistency. There were no disagreements or undisclosed issues leading to the resignation, as confirmed by both the company and the auditor, and a new auditor will be appointed in compliance with Listing Rules.
