Wendi Murdoch to Exit Match Group’s Board of Directors

Match Group (MTCH) has issued an update.

Wendi Murdoch has announced she will not seek re-election to the Board of Directors of Match Group, Inc. at the upcoming Annual Meeting on June 21, 2024. Her departure is amicable and not due to any operational, policy, or practice disagreements with the company. Following her exit, the Board plans to downsize from twelve to eleven directors.
