Wellfully Limited Navigates Administration Phase

Wellfully Limited (AU:WFL) has released an update.

Wellfully Limited, under administration, has successfully shipped 50,000 microarray units to Proctor and Gamble and is set to deliver the remaining 50,000 units in the coming months, with continued interest from P&G for future supply. The company also anticipates a significant R&D tax rebate and is in discussions with a secured creditor regarding a potential recapitalization. The fate of Wellfully will be decided at a creditors’ meeting scheduled for 26 April 2024.
