Wellfield Technologies Inc. has updated its Debt Settlement plan by reducing its aggregate indebtedness, which will now be settled by issuing over 11 million Common Shares. The shares will address outstanding debt from convertible debentures and consulting services, with final approval pending from the TSX Venture Exchange.
