WellCell Holdings Co., Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, has announced the sale of 120 million shares, or 24% of its total issued share capital, by its controlling shareholder, WellCell Group. The shares are being sold to independent third-party investors at HK$2.16 each, with the transaction set to conclude within fifteen business days. Despite this sizable disposal, WellCell Group will retain a 51% controlling stake in the company, and the Board has assured that the company’s business operations and future prospects will remain unaffected.
