WellCell Holdings Co., Limited has announced significant changes to its board with the resignation of executive Director Ms. Liu Ping and independent non-executive Director Mr. Yu Chi Wing, who also served as chairman of key committees. In their stead, Mr. Li Shihua steps in as an executive Director, and Mr. Wong Che Man Eddy is appointed as an independent non-executive Director and chair of the Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination Committees.
