Weiye Holdings Limited announces the reappointment of Ms. Shirley Tan Sey Liy as a Joint Company Secretary, replacing Ms. Sharon Lim Siew Choo effective from 30 August 2024. Ms. Tan, who previously served in this role, will be working with Mr. Man Yun Wah, who is qualified under the Hong Kong Listing Rules. The company has been granted a three-year waiver by the SEHK for Ms. Tan’s appointment, conditioned on Mr. Man’s assistance and the company’s compliance with Listing Rules.
