Harold G. Graber, with 34 years at the helm of real estate and development, announced his retirement as Senior Vice President and Secretary, effective February 29, 2024. Having significantly contributed to the company since 1989, Graber will maintain his influence as a board member post-retirement. Succeeding him, John F. O’Hara steps up as the new Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs and Real Estate, while COO Kurt A. Schertle will take over as Secretary, ensuring a smooth transition and continued strategic growth for the company.
