The Weir Group PLC has announced that its CEO, Jon Stanton, has transferred 19,808 ordinary shares to his spouse, Rachel Stanton, at no cost. This transaction, which took place on the London Stock Exchange, does not alter the couple’s combined shareholding in the company. The transfer is in compliance with the UK Market Abuse Regulation and has been officially recorded.
