Weilong Delicious Global Holdings Ltd has announced a share subscription agreement for its joint venture company with HH Green Philosophy and HH Innovation Group, maintaining existing ownership ratios. The company’s subsidiaries and controlling shareholders will invest a total of RMB100 million, preserving the joint venture as a subsidiary with its financial results continuing to be consolidated into the group’s financial statements. This transaction meets the reporting requirements but bypasses the need for independent shareholder approval.
