Weichai Power Co., Ltd. has announced an interim dividend of RMB 3.72 per 10 shares for the first half of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, with the payment to be made on October 18, 2024. The dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.0916. Shareholders should be aware of the ex-dividend date on September 20 and the withholding tax rates that apply, which are 10% for non-resident enterprises and investors of Northbound Trading, and 20% for investors of Southbound Trading.
