Wee Hur Holdings Ltd. has reached a full and final settlement over the alleged defects in the Mega@Woodlands development, as announced on July 26, 2024. The settlement, which follows a mediation process, resolves all claims and disputes with no significant impact on the Group’s financials for the year.
