On September 17, 2025, Webus International Limited announced the resignation of two independent directors, Mr. Wu Xin and Ms. Yu Zhen, from the board and its committees, effective September 18, 2025. To fill these vacancies, the board appointed Mr. Hing Hang Bern Tsang and Ms. Yili Liu as new directors and committee members, effective immediately. Mr. Tsang will chair the Compensation Committee, while Ms. Liu will chair the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Both new appointees meet the independence requirements of the Nasdaq Listing Rules, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
