Webuild S.p.A.’s shareholders approved the 2025 separate financial statements and confirmed a dividend of €0.081 per ordinary share and €0.26 per savings share, payable in May 2026. They also endorsed the group’s 2026–2028 remuneration policy and the report on compensation paid in 2025, signalling continuity in governance and incentive structures.
