Webster Financial Announces Executive Leadership Changes

Webster Financial (WBS) has provided an update.

Webster Financial Corporation has announced the appointment of William (Neal) Holland as Executive Vice President, Finance, and Chief Financial Officer, effective July 15 and August 2024 respectively, following the retirement of Glenn MacInnes. With over 20 years of experience, Holland brings a wealth of knowledge from previous roles, including CFO for First Republic Bank. Additionally, Webster’s Board of Directors has welcomed William D. Haas as an independent director, expanding the board’s size to 12. Both appointments come with comprehensive compensation plans aligning with the company’s executive standards.
