Webjet Limited has advised its shareholders to vote in favor of the proposed demerger of Webjet Group Limited, as the Independent Expert has concluded it is in their best interests. Shareholders are urged to review the Demerger Booklet in detail and seek professional advice if necessary before the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting. The demerger is also subject to regulatory approval and will result in the listing of Webjet B2C on the ASX.
