Webis Holdings plc announces the addition of Jim Mellon as a Non-Executive Director, bringing his extensive commercial experience to the global gaming group. Mellon, a notable entrepreneur and investor, holds a master’s degree from Oxford University and is the Chairman of Burnbrae Group Limited. He also has a significant stake in the company, owning 63.1% of its issued capital through Burnbrae Limited.
