Weatherford International Appoints New Board Member

Weatherford International (WFRD) has issued an announcement.

The Board of a company has expanded to six directors, welcoming Steven Beringhause as the newest member. He will serve on the Board until the 2025 annual shareholders’ meeting, contributing to both the Compensation and Human Resources and the Safety, Environment and Sustainability Committees. Beringhause will be compensated in line with the existing non-employee directors and will also benefit from the company’s standard indemnification protection for directors.
