Wealthking Investments Announces Major Share Acquisition with GoFintech

Wealthking Investments Limited (HK:1140) has released an update.

Wealthking Investments Limited has entered into a significant agreement with GoFintech Innovation Limited, where GoFintech will acquire 22.50% of Wealthink AI’s share capital for HK$1,110,000,000 through the issuance of new shares. This transaction will make GoFintech a substantial shareholder in Wealthink AI, with the deal contingent on shareholder approvals and stock exchange permissions. Upon completion, Wealthink AI will own approximately 15.85% of GoFintech’s enlarged share capital.
