Waypoint REIT Ltd. has announced the appointment of Gai Marie McGrath as a director effective from August 1, 2024. McGrath currently holds an indirect interest in the company through a superannuation fund trust, with 3,500 ordinary stapled securities. No direct holdings by McGrath were disclosed in the initial director’s interest notice.
