WAY 2 VAT Director Bolsters Share Ownership

WAY 2 VAT LTD (AU:W2V) has released an update.

WAY 2 VAT LTD has announced that Director Robert Edgley has increased his direct stake in the company, acquiring 772,705 ordinary shares after shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on August 16, 2024. Following this transaction, Edgley now holds a total of 3,462,565 fully paid ordinary shares directly, with an additional indirect interest in 2,000,000 options. No changes were reported in director’s interests in contracts.
