Watkin Jones Partners with Torus for St Helens Project

Watkin Jones (GB:WJG) has released an update.

Watkin Jones plc has partnered with Torus to develop 295 new homes in St Helens, as part of the Moss Nook project, aiming to generate around £48 million in revenue. This collaboration is strategically aligned with Watkin Jones’ goals to diversify income sources and address housing demand in the North West, despite challenging market conditions. The development is expected to be completed in 40 months, offering much-needed affordable housing and revitalizing a former industrial site.
