Watkin Jones plc has announced the grant of a nominal-cost share award to their Chief Financial Officer, Simon Jones, as part of their Long Term Incentive Plan 2018. Simon Jones has been awarded 1,531,728 shares, which become exercisable in May 2027 based on performance targets and continued employment. The award is aimed to align the interests of the management with those of the shareholders, with the Remuneration Committee maintaining oversight.
