WaterBridge reported that for the fourth quarter of 2025 it handled 2.6 million barrels per day of produced water and generated $208.9 million in revenue, both modestly higher than the prior quarter, while posting a net loss of $13.6 million and a 50% Adjusted EBITDA margin. For the full year 2025, on a combined and pro forma basis, produced water volumes rose 15% and revenue climbed 19% to $790 million, with a pro forma net loss of $58.1 million, strong liquidity of $526.5 million at year-end and record single-day volumes of about 2.9 million barrels per day.
The company advanced its Speedway long-haul produced water pipeline, launching an open season for Phase II in February 2026 that would double total throughput capacity to up to 1 million barrels per day for New Mexico customers, while continuing heavy capital spending on this and other growth projects. Management highlighted 99.7% operational uptime in 2025, announced an inaugural quarterly dividend in February 2026 and issued 2026 guidance calling for mid‑single‑digit volume growth and Adjusted EBITDA of $420 million to $460 million, underscoring WaterBridge’s strategy to leverage high-demand, MVC-backed projects to drive scale and long-term shareholder returns despite current net losses.
