Water Ways Technologies Inc., an Israeli-based global provider of agricultural water irrigation solutions, is undergoing a strategic restructuring by ceasing operations of its Israel subsidiary to focus on the Canadian market. The move is designed to streamline operations and reduce costs, without impacting the company’s main revenue streams from its Canadian operations. The liquidation process of the Israeli subsidiary is expected to be completed within five to twelve months and will not affect Water Ways’ assets in Canada.
