Water Ways Technologies Inc. has announced a share consolidation, converting every twenty shares into one, effective December 23, 2024, pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. This move will reduce the total number of shares from approximately 148 million to 7.4 million, with adjusted stock options and warrants.
