Water Intelligence, a multinational water leak detection and remediation company, has announced the strategic acquisition of Ireland’s Feakle Gas and Plumbing to expand its services in the EU, with the deal structured as a €2.32 million risk-adjusted earnout. This move aligns with the company’s growth plan to meet increasing EU demand, projected at US$476 billion by 2030 for water and wastewater infrastructure. The acquisition is set to be funded from Water Intelligence’s existing balance sheet and is expected to synergize with existing operations in the UK.
