Waste Energy Corp., formerly known as Metaworks Platforms, Inc., has filed a Form 12b-25 to notify the delay in submitting its Form 10-K (Yearly Report) for the financial period ending December 31, 2024. The primary reason for the delay is the additional time required to compile and analyze supporting documentation, as well as to allow the company’s independent registered public accounting firm to complete its review. Waste Energy anticipates filing the delayed report within 15 days following the prescribed due date. The company has indicated that there will be no significant changes in the financial results compared to the previous fiscal year. Waste Energy is actively working to ensure compliance and the notification was signed by Braden Glasbergen, the Chief Financial Officer, on March 31, 2025.
