Waste Connections, a major player in non-hazardous waste services, has announced its intention to offer Canadian dollar-denominated senior notes in the U.S. and Canada, aiming to repay part of its existing credit facility debt. The notes will be senior unsecured obligations, with CIBC Capital Markets, TD Securities, and Scotiabank as joint book-runners. The offering is subject to market conditions and will be conducted through a public offering in the U.S. and a private placement in Canada.
