Warpaint London Director Boosts Shareholding

Warpaint London (GB:W7L) has released an update.

Sharon Daly, Non-executive Director of Warpaint London PLC, has increased her investment in the company by purchasing 4,080 ordinary shares at 490p each. This transaction, which took place on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM platform on May 30, 2024, raises Daly’s total stake in the cosmetics specialist to the same number of shares. Warpaint London is known for its W7 and Technic brands, which are distributed to major retailers and supermarkets in the UK and internationally.
