Battery Minerals Ltd. ( (AU:WTM) ) has shared an update.
Waratah Minerals has reported strong assay results from five diamond drill holes at its Spur Gold Project in New South Wales, highlighting substantial gold mineralisation in both the Consols and Spur zones. The latest Consols drilling, including drillhole SPD027, has delivered a second intercept exceeding 200 gram-metres and extended the newly discovered zone to more than 300 metres east-west, 400 metres north-south and 600 metres vertically, with mineralisation remaining open in several directions.
At the central Spur Zone, new results such as 80 metres at 1.75 g/t gold from surface in drillhole SPD038 continue to confirm and expand shallow, high-grade mineralisation. Management says the consistency and frequency of significant intercepts across both zones support the potential for additional shallow, high-grade deposits in the broader Spur district, reinforcing Waratah’s aggressive exploration-led growth strategy and signalling further potential upside for project scale and future development options.
The most recent analyst rating on (AU:WTM) stock is a Buy with a A$0.95 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Battery Minerals Ltd. stock, see the AU:WTM Stock Forecast page.
