Peter Duerden, a director of Waratah Minerals Limited, has seen a significant change in interests due to the acquisition of 9 million new Performance Rights, as detailed in the latest Change of Director’s Interest Notice. The Performance Rights, priced at $0.375, $0.4375, and $0.50, were issued following shareholder approval at the September 2024 EGM. This change has not affected Duerden’s existing holdings of ordinary shares and options in the company.
