Waratah Minerals Director Increases Stake

Battery Minerals Ltd. (AU:WTM) has released an update.

Andrew Stewart, a director at Waratah Minerals Limited, has reported a significant change in his interest in the company, acquiring 2,475,000 new Performance Rights across three different classes, while maintaining his existing holding of 75,000 Ordinary Shares. The change, effective from 1st October 2024, comes after the approval by shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held in September 2024. No monetary consideration was provided for the newly issued performance rights.
