Want Want China Holdings Limited announced the unanimous approval of all proposed resolutions at their Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on August 27, 2024, including the adoption of audited financial statements, director re-elections, and amendments to the company’s memorandum and articles of association. Additionally, the company declared a final dividend of US3.30 cents per share for the year ended March 31, 2024. The resolutions, which required a majority and in one case a supermajority, passed with overwhelming shareholder support.
