Wanka Online, Inc. has announced a change in its company secretary and authorized representative, as Mr. Eric Jackson Chang steps down and Ms. Lui Mei Ka takes over the role effective November 15, 2024. Ms. Lui brings over 17 years of experience in financial management and corporate finance, having previously served in significant positions with other listed companies. The board expresses its gratitude to Mr. Chang and welcomes Ms. Lui to her new position.
