Wanjia Group Holdings Ltd. has announced that their Annual General Meeting (AGM) set for 6th September 2024 may be postponed to 13th September 2024 if Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is issued, with no changes to the meeting resolutions or shareholder record date. Shareholders are reminded that the proxy forms already submitted will remain valid for the rescheduled meeting, and those needing to change their votes or who have not yet submitted proxy forms must do so 48 hours before the Adjourned AGM.
