Wanjia Group Holdings Ltd announces the retirement of Mr. Wong Hon Kit, an independent non-executive Director, who will not seek re-election at the upcoming AGM and will step down from his committee chairmanships. Due to his retirement, the resolution for his re-election has been withdrawn and will not be voted on at the AGM. The company expresses gratitude for Mr. Wong’s contributions during his tenure.
