Wanguo International Mining Group Ltd. has officially changed its name to Wanguo Gold Group Limited, reflecting the update in both English and Chinese languages after a special resolution was passed. The stock short names will also change accordingly on the Stock Exchange but the stock code ‘3939’ remains the same. This rebranding will not impact shareholder rights or the validity of existing share certificates.
